On August 25, 2021, at Universal’s CinemaCon presentation, the first trailer for Ambulance was published, followed by an online release on October 21, 2021. The video seen is authentically Michael Bay, while also showing Gyllenhaal and Abdul-characters’ Mateen’s complicated adopted brother connection.
On March 24, 2022, another trailer was made available. In addition to reiterating all of the Bayhem and character drama from the previous teaser, this film includes some incredible drone shots and a light-hearted segment in which both brothers sing along to Christopher Cross’ “Sailing.”

Ambulance will not be available for streaming on the same day it opens in cinemas. However, 45 days after it opens in cinemas, the film will be accessible to stream on Peacock. Ambulance will be available to watch on Peacock on May 23 if Universal decides to release it on the same day as its theatrical window closes.
While Universal is releasing many future films on Peacock on the same day as cinemas, such as Rob Zombie’s The Munsters and Blumhouse’s Firestarter remake, Ambulance does not appear to be one of them.
